  • Mock workplace tasks, role-plays, presentations, meetings, reporting.

  • Customer Care focus: includes your 2-day “Service Warrior” program built in.

Our Workplace Simulator takes you beyond theory — and tests your readiness under real-life conditions. Over two immersive weeks, you’ll step into practical scenarios, face realistic customer interactions, and solve real workplace challenges. With “Service Warrior” mindset built in, you’ll develop the quick thinking, teamwork, and service excellence that employers notice — and reward.

What we cover:

  • Simulation modules (e.g., customer interaction, team meetings, reporting tasks)

  • Role-play scenarios with scripts/prompts

  • Mock workplace tasks or projects

  • Assessment rubrics for how performance will be evaluated

  • Virtual or in-person simulation environment design
