The Navigator is a visionary strategist and cultural steward who leads a defined program within RVC. With purpose and precision, they oversee operational excellence, champion innovation, and guide Captains, Country Captains and Ventors toward impact.

Balancing ventoring with strategy, Navigators translate RVC’s vision into action—designing pathways for growth, fostering collaboration, and maintaining quality across all levels. They work cross-functionally with Captains, clients, and partners to scale ventures and social capital alike.

Navigators are more than programme managers—they are ecosystem architects, legacy builders, and the driving force behind sustainable transformation.

Country Steward

A Country Steward is a visionary and ecosystem builder, entrusted with leading the RVC movement across an entire nation. With bold purpose and entrepreneurial foresight, they mobilize and manage a national fleet of Ventors, forging deep partnerships with stakeholders, industries, and changemakers.

This role blends high-level strategy with grassroots activation. From scaling regional impact to championing innovation, the Country Steward is both architect and amplifier—ensuring alignment with the global RVC mission while tailoring initiatives to local market realities.

They are not just leaders—they are movement-makers who turn experience into national transformation.

Captain

Ventor Model Custodian. Peer Leader. Innovation Driver.

Captains are the operational heartbeat of each Ventor Model. As both ventors and practitioners, they ensure the model’s integrity, performance, and progression. They guide peer development, encourage reflective practice, and surface innovation from within the ranks.

Captains lead by example—facilitating knowledge exchanges, building communities of practice, and aligning engagements with best-in-class standards. They support Stewards by shaping day-to-day excellence and model evolution.
