Ventor Role Levels represent a purposeful progression—from early participation to strategic leadership—designed to honour experience, encourage growth, and inspire contribution. Every Ventor enters at their own pace and evolves based on engagement, not hierarchy.

These levels help structure the journey while keeping it flexible and values-driven.

You’re newly accepted and exploring your path. You’ve completed onboarding and may be observing or beginning engagements. This is your foundation phase—learning the ropes, discovering your strengths.

You’ve participated in at least one engagement and demonstrated reliability and alignment with our purpose. You’re developing confidence, credibility, and consistency.

You’re not just delivering—you’re shaping. You support peers, share tools, and enhance the ecosystem. You’re building community, not just completing tasks.

You’re a thought partner and programme influencer. You shape models, advise Captains, and represent RVC in forums. Your wisdom guides the future.

You lead from the front—setting standards, mentoring others, and shaping strategy. Captains are the architects of excellence across Ventor models and communities.
