– Align with Advisors on priorities.

Phase 3: Strategic Mapping & Team Rally (Day 11–30)

– Lead strategy sessions with Captains & Country Stewards.
– Develop and circulate a 90-Day Action Plan.
– Identify and prioritise quick-win opportunities for momentum.

Phase 4: Momentum & Reinvention Activation (Day 31–60)

– Oversee activation of priority projects.
– Facilitate Mid-Point Check-In with Advisors & Stewards.
– Troubleshoot roadblocks, pivot where needed.

Phase 5: Review & Catalyse Next Steps (Day 61–90)

– Evaluate progress against milestones.
– Convene Reinvention Circle with all leadership roles to capture lessons.
– Finalise next-phase strategy, celebrating early wins.
